- Project Description: Construction of a logistics and distribution centre strategically located within the Luka Industrial Zone, adjacent to the A2 motorway. The facility features a capacity for 14,500 pallet spaces and includes 15 loading docks. A rooftop solar power plant has been installed to enhance sustainability. Warehouse operations and the distribution of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) are supported by an advanced WMS (Warehouse Management System). The facility maintains a strictly controlled climate, with internal temperatures held between 15°C and 25°C to ensure optimal storage conditions.
