  • Project Description: Construction of an exclusive five-star hotel and residential complex situated in a prestigious coastal location. With a total Gross Floor Area of 10,200 m², the building is designed as a cascading reinforced concrete (RC) structure that integrates seamlessly into the steep coastal terrain. The project includes luxury accommodation under the global Destinations by Hyatt brand, premium residential apartments, a wellness and spa zone, and a suite of indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A key engineering and infrastructure feature is the construction of a pedestrian footbridge over the D66 state road, providing the complex with direct, private access to the seafront and beach.
