The architectural solution focuses on maximising the utility of the steep topography, resulting in a complex four-storey configuration (basement, lower ground, ground, and recessed penthouse level) with an integrated five-bay internal garage. The project maintains a careful balance between built volume and the Mediterranean landscape, featuring an inset swimming pool and meticulously designed terraced gardens.
