  • Project Description: Construction of a luxury aparthotel under the prestigious Mövenpick brand (Accor Group), located on the prime seafront of Split’s Žnjan district. The development features two basement levels and six above-ground storeys, housing 156 guest units, a wellness centre, a signature restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with a pool and lounge bar. The project required complex geotechnical works to secure a 25-metre-deep excavation, alongside high-precision coordination of interior fit-outs to meet international brand standards. This development is a cornerstone of the urban transformation of the Žnjan plateau.
