- Project Description: The project involves the comprehensive refurbishment and repurposing of an existing commercial building into a modern retail and office space. The scope of works includes structural remediation, internal reconfiguration to meet Eurospin’s retail standards, and the full modernisation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. In addition to the main building, the project encompasses the development of an external customer car park, as well as the installation of public highway connections and supporting utility infrastructure.
